We are thrilled to announce the launch of Tribute 2.0, our new Microsoft Teams app designed to revolutionize learning and development within your organization! Tribute 2.0 brings a new era of collaborative learning right to your fingertips, enabling seamless knowledge sharing, skill development, and on-demand problem-solving in the flow of work. With our Microsoft Teams app, launching Tribute 2.0 in your organization is easier than ever.

🔍 Launch from Microsoft Teams

Search for Tribute 2.0 in the Microsoft Teams app marketplace. After installing our application, Tribute 2.0 will guide members through a simple process to set up their profile and get started.


Note: you’ll need an active subscription to use Tribute within your organization.

🔒 Single Sign-On

Tribute 2.0 utilizes Azure AD for Single Sign-On (SSO), which eliminates the need for additional logins or passwords. Employees use their Teams credentials to login to Tribute. If and when an employee leaves and their Teams account is deactivated, their Tribute 2.0 profile is also deactivated.

Tribute makes it easier for individuals to ask for help when they need it most. Instead of relying on chance encounters or vague requests for assistance, Tribute 2.0 streamlines the process by connecting team members with relevant expertise for 30-minute nano-connections or 30-day micro-connections. Whether you're facing a technical issue, a creative block, or a strategic roadblock, Tribute 2.0 provides a direct and efficient way to get to the people with the knowledge and insights you need to problem solve and get back to business.

🤝 Enable Managers to Have Better Career Conversations.

As employees use Tribute to solve everyday problems, Tribute 2.0 builds a new kind of learner profile on them. Helping individuals showcase their areas of strengths and opportunities, as well as how they’ve actioned on performance feedback. We’ve named this profile their Career Opportunity Report.

Employees are encouraged to download and bring their Career Opportunity Report to their next career check-in with their manager. Setting the stage for a more meaningful career conversation that aligns an employee’s strengths and superpowers with the organization’s business needs.

✅ Integrated with Microsoft Viva

Your teams can easily access all of Tribute 2.0’s new features through a Viva Connections card. The Viva Connections card is designed to provide quick and easy access to make problem-solving in the flow of work even easier.
